What does that mean?

What do I mean by help support disability awareness? Essentially all proceeds for the purchase of my book and or donations go to helping me and my team to continue filming my TV Show, doing my radio spots on local channels, setting up speaking arrangements, marketing online, and helping support charities such as Three To Be, all this will expose the general population to a person (TV Show host) with a disability. The desensitization that will follow as a result of regular able bodied people being exposed to someone with Cerebral Palsy as a TV Show host with as much personality and charm as the rest will change the public perception as to what to expect when running into someone with a disability or in a wheelchair. As acceptance and levels of education go up, stereotypes will go down, and I can even see the need for better accessibility being addressed due to public demand. Everyone wins when we work together for equality and a better life.

Last Thursday I was fortunate enough to have the National Baseball Hall of Famer and my dear friend Roberto Alomar join me in studio (Watch the show). I have said this in countless interviews but I am going to say it again, it is one thing to have the hall of famer be on your show but it is a whole other ball park when he happens to be an extended member of your family and a brother to you. Thank you to all of you who tuned in and watched the historic interview happen, and more specifically a big thank you goes out to Robbie because that interview meant a lot not only to me and my viewers but to my career as wll. I love you, and last week was yet another example of how much you respect me to come on the show and do it without hesitation. I would also like to mention a big shout out to the UFC as they prepare for their big event taking place in Rio Degennaro Brazil next Saturday it will be a fantastic event with a star studded card. Please stay tuned to the upcoming updates as we have interviews with the front men of the Foo Fighters Dave Grohl, actor from Star Wars Carrey Fisher, and Britney Spears. Hey Guys Spencer Miller here with yet another update. I apologize that it has been upward to two months since my last update, but the summer has been unbelievably hectic. In this update I just wanted to mention two things, first congratz goes out to my very dear friend of 20 plus years and the newest member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame class of 2011 Roberto Alomar. I am so proud of you and no one deserves this distinction more than you do. For those of you who are interested please tune into Spencer Miller Tonight this Thursday as Roberto Alomar makes an appearance on the show! Secondly I wanted to say happy 1 yr anniversary to my very good friends Jordanna and Shawn, you guys are two phenomenal individuals who are very giving with your time, energy and talent. I am glad that you guys found each other, and I am glad you have reached the one year milestone of marriage. I wish you guys nothing but the best in the near future. Last but certainly not least, I want to mention Amanda, you see Amanda is one of those people that comes along and you sit there with this bewildered look on your face wondering how somebody can be this amazing, and you rack your brain for the answer only to find out that there is no answer. Sometimes the greatest things in life happen at the most unexpected times, but I guarantee you that when you get one of those moments in your life when u are around this person they make you happy without even having to do anything, that truly is a spectacular gift to receive. Thank you Amanda for being you, thank you for being real, and thank you for putting a perma-grin on my face that is something I haven’t had in a long time.

Hey guys I just thought I would give you a quick update before I descended upon Las Vegas Nevada for UFC 130 this weekend at the MGM grand. It is going to be Quintin Rampage Jackson Vs Matt Hamill in your main event, Frank Mir against the returning Roy Nelson, not to mention an unbelievable stacked undercard, be sure to check your local listings for the new start time which is 9pm / 6pm PTET. Secondly I would be remised if I didn’t talk about someone who has made a lasting impression on me over the last few weeks, and her name is Margo. Now I know all of you are reading this and saying to yourself who the hell is Margo and why is Spence talking about her? Well I will tell you, in today’s society it is very hard to find people that are 100% through and through legit individuals and in my opinion that is exactly what Margo happens to be, she is kind caring, has her head on her shoulders, and is not to mention very easy on the eyes. She accepts me for who I am, no questions asked, and that is all I can ask of her.
